DH CAPITAL TO PRESENT ON VALUATION AND M&A ACTIVITY, SPONSOR CONFERENCE LUNCHEON AT HOSTINGCON 2008

NEW YORK, NY and BOULDER, CO - July 7, 2008 - DH Capital Managing Director Paul Stapleton will conduct a conference session on company valuation and participate in a panel discussion on deal structures at HostingCon 2008 July 28th - 30th in Chicago, IL.

The conference session, scheduled for Tuesday, July 29th from 4:30-5:15pm, is titled “Valuation Today and a Forecast for Tomorrow”. It will look at recent M&A activity and public comparables in order to benchmark where the market is today, what criteria is used to determine a hosting firm’s valuation and how firms can prepare themselves for a company sale.

The keynote panel discussion, scheduled for Wednesday, July 30th from 9:30-10:30am, is titled “Sealing the Deal” and will cover some of the finer points of getting a deal closed.

DH Capital is also sponsoring the luncheon on Tuesday, July 29th from 12:15-1:30pm.
