DH CAPITAL ARRANGES $12 MILLION INVESTMENT IN FOURPOINTS COMMUNICATIONS LLC

NEW YORK, NY – December 18, 2007 – DH Capital, LLC, an investment banking firm serving the media, Internet and telecommunications industries, announced today that Fourpoints Communications, LLC has received a $12 million investment commitment consisting of preferred equity and senior debt from Fourpoints Investors, LLC. Fourpoints Communications currently owns outdoor advertising structures in the State of Washington and will use the proceeds of the new investment primarily to develop additional signs in the western United States.
