DH CAPITAL ADVISES AMERICAN BROADBAND, INC. ON $3,025,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF DEBT AND EQUITY

NEW YORK, NY - Aug. 30, 2004 - DH Capital, LLC, a New York City based investment bank, announced today that it served as exclusive financial advisor to American Broadband in the private placement of $3,025,000 of senior secured notes and preferred stock.
