DH CAPITAL ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF TOWNSEND DEVEREUX AS PRINCIPAL

NEW YORK, NY – January 12, 2004 - DH Capital, a private investment banking firm focused on the media, Internet and telecommunications industries, announced the addition of Townsend Devereux as a Principal in the Firm.
