DH CAPITAL ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF MARTY FRIEDMAN AS MANAGING DIRECTOR

NEW YORK, NY - April 6, 2004 - DH Capital, LLC, an investment banking firm serving the media, Internet and telecommunications industries, announces the addition of Marty Friedman as a Managing Director in the Firm.

"Marty is a very experienced media/telecom banker with over 20 years of experience and proven credentials," said Joe Duggan, who together with Peter Hopper founded DH Capital in 2001. Mr. Duggan further stated "Marty is a tremendous addition for our growing firm."

Prior to joining DH Capital, Marty was a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets Corp. During his twelve years at CIBC, Marty held positions in both the Media/Communications Corporate Finance Group, which he co-managed, and the Leveraged Financed/High Yield Group. His responsibilities included structuring and marketing public offerings of high yield bonds, as well as private placements of preferred stock and common equity; originating, structuring and syndicating senior debt; advising clients on capital structures and financing strategies; and evaluating opportunities for CIBC's merchant banking affiliates.

Marty has worked with companies involved in towers, cable television, publishing, television broadcasting, radio, motion picture exhibition, outdoor advertising, security monitoring and wireless data, as well as mobile, local and long distance telephony. He also has extensive relationships with private equity firms and other providers of senior, mezzanine and junior capital.

Prior to CIBC, Marty worked for Bank of New England, National Westminster Bank USA, and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. Marty graduated with Highest Distinction from the University of Michigan, where he earned a B.A. in American Culture and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
