PAUL STAPLETON TO LEAD PANEL DISCUSSION AT ISPCON IN BALTIMORE - TUESDAY, MAY 16, 2006

NEW YORK, NY & BOULDER, CO - April 13, 2006 – DH Capital Managing Director Paul Stapleton will be leading a panel discussion titled "The Dealflow: Recent M&A Activity, Valuations and Trends" at this year's ISPCON in Baltimore, Maryland. The session is scheduled for Tuesday - May, 16th, from 10:15 - 11:15 am.

The discussion will cover a range of topics, including how buyers have returned, but whether it is the right time to sell? Product mix, growth and margins, along with deal structure, have never been more important in determining valuation. Attendees will learn what kinds of buyers are out there, what they want to buy and how much they want to spend. Paul and his panelists will also offer opinions about future valuation for certain business types and the industry at large.
