DH CAPITAL CONTINUES ITS COMMITMENT TO THE INTERNET INDUSTRY WITH THE ADDITION OF PAUL STAPLETON AS MANAGING DIRECTOR

NEW YORK, NY & BOULDER, CO - January 17, 2006 - DH Capital, LLC, an investment banking firm serving the media, Internet and telecommunications industries, announces the addition of Paul Stapleton as a Managing Director in the firm.

Prior to joining DH Capital, Paul was the Managing Partner of Niwot Capital, LLC and a co-founder of Rampart Associates, LLC were he was involved in over 80 middle market transactions including three major industry consolidations. He was also Editor of I$P HO$TING Report, a monthly financial analysis of the industry.

Paul will be headquartered in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and family and where he serves as Treasurer of St. Johns Episcopal Church in Boulder, Colorado.

Paul's early career included positions in New York at money center banks as well as at the Prodigy Services Company when it was the world's largest online service. He has an MBA from Columbia University, a BSFS from the Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service and an IBD from Nijenrode, The Netherlands School of Business.
