Dean has over 12 years of investment banking experience serving the Internet Infrastructure sector. Prior to DH Capital, Dean was a Partner at Rampart Associates, an Internet Infrastructure focused investment bank, serving ISPs, Web Hosters, CLECs and the broader IP communications marketplace. At Rampart, Dean also served as Research Director for the I$P Report The Financial Newsletter for Internet Service Providers, providing research and analysis for M&A and capital markets activity.
Previous to Rampart, Dean held positions at Lucent Technologies and Smith Barney. Dean holds a BA in History from the University of Colorado-Boulder, an MBA in Finance and an MS in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
